TheOpportunity
The role is based in Monterrey or Mexico City. The purpose of this role is to design, develop, and implement end-to-end instructional solutions and e-learning experiences specifically aligned with the Global SAP Transformation Project. The primary objective is to analyze complex SAP business processes, translate technical system workflows into engaging pedagogical assets, and create high-impact training materials (including web-based training, interactive simulations, visual guides, and assessment tools) using instructional design methodologies and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise 360). The scope of the role includes end-to-end instructional development, standardizing SAP learning frameworks, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across regions, and ensuring training effectiveness and technical performance across global LMS and digital learning environments.

As Learning Assoc Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
1. Instructional Design & SAP Content Curriculum Development: Apply adult learning theories and instructional methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to design and structure end-to-end learning solutions for Global SAP implementation. Convert complex SAP process workflows, system transactions, and technical documentation into intuitive, highly structured e-learning modules, microlearning assets, and job aids. (Execute)
2. Authoring & Interactive Course Building: Develop interactive e-learning packages and software simulations using industry-standard authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Genially, and Vyond. Integrate interactive assessments knowledge checks, and scenario-based simulations to ensure high learning retention. (Execute)
3. SME & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with SAP Functional Consultants, Change Management teams, and Global Process Owners to gather requirements, extract technical knowledge, and validate learning content accuracy. (Consult / Execute)
4. Multimedia & Visual Enhancement for SAP Training: Design supporting visual assets, infographics, software walkthroughs, and screen-capture tutorials using Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) to support SAP user onboarding. (Execute)
5. LMS Integration & Technical Quality Assurance: Test, publishing, and package learning assets (SCORM / xAPI standards) to ensure seamless deployment and tracking across PepsiCo’s Learning Management Systems. Perform functional testing of interactive simulations across multi-platform environments. (Execute)
6. Continuous Learning & Process Optimization: Stay updated on emerging instructional technologies, AI-driven learning tools, and modern instructional strategies to continuously elevate the SAP learning experience. (Execute)
