IBM Mexico is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements across Employee Central and Talent modules in a global, multi-country environment. Hands-on configuration knowledge is a must, with focus on stability and data integrity.

You will work across Onboarding, Performance, and Compensation, support integrations and data replication, participate in UT/SIT/UAT, and contribute to reporting and release management.

Formación

• Extensive experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration (data models, MDF, business rules, RBP, Story reporting)
• Strong understanding of integrations and end-to-end data flows between SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA
• Proven testing and release management experience (UT/SIT/UAT, impact analysis)
• Ability to create clear technical specs and document test cases for developers

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing production support for SAP SF modules across a global, multi-country environment
• Troubleshoot and enhance Employee Central and Talent modules (Onboarding 2.0, Performance, Compensation, LMS)
• Lead UT/SIT/UAT and regression testing, coordinate with IT and business stakeholders
