PepsiCo seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop, and implement end-to-end SAP training programs. You will translate complex SAP processes into engaging e-learning modules, simulations, and job aids for a global audience.

The role requires proficiency with Articulate 360, Rise 360, Genially, and Vyond, plus strong collaboration with SMEs across regions. Experience with SAP learning content and LMS integration is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Pedagogy, Psychology, or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) for content development and stakeholder alignment in English.

Responsabilidades

• Apply adult learning theories to design end-to-end learning solutions for Global SAP implementation.
• Develop interactive e-learning packages and simulations using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Genially, and Vyond.
• Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants, Change Management, and Global Process Owners to validate content accuracy.
• Create visuals and tutorials using Adobe Creative Cloud for SAP onboarding.
• Test and publish learning assets (SCORM/xAPI) across PepsiCo LMS environments.
• Stay updated on AI-driven learning tools and modern instructional strategies.
