Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the Global IT Supply Chain Applications team.

You will drive enhancements across Order to Cash, partnering with global business and IT to align requirements with SAP ECC and future S/4HANA initiatives. You will lead end-to-end OTC processes, work with technical teams on integrations, and promote standardization across regions while supporting change management and documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in IT with SAP-based solutions supporting business processes.
• Solid OTC experience in SAP environments (ECC preferred).
• Experience leading or participating in SAP enhancements and process improvements.
• Understanding of cross-functional processes with Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain.
• Experience in global or multi-regional environments with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with system integration concepts; reviewing SAP configurations or ABAP at high level is a plus.
• Exposure to S/4HANA, SAP Commerce Cloud, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with global stakeholders to understand needs and translate into OTC solutions.
• Lead and support delivery of system enhancements across OTC processes.
• Participate in SAP evolution projects, integrations, and standardization.
• Collaborate on OTM and TMS initiatives and integration points with OTC.
• Own end-to-end accountability for OTC system processes.
• Work with technical teams to define requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline processes and user experience.
• Promote standardization across regions using global templates.
• Communicate progress, risks, and updates to leadership.
• Support change management with user guidance and documentation.
• Build strong partnerships positioning IT as trusted advisor.
• Participate in additional initiatives as needed.
