Harman International is seeking a Specialist, Business Systems to analyze and support enterprise applications across a global digital landscape. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into SAP ECC/S/4HANA solutions, focusing on standardized, configuration-driven approaches while supporting testing, deployment readiness, and user adoption.

The role requires 5+ years in ERP, strong ERP process knowledge (P2P, O2C, GTM), and collaboration with IT and business teams to ensure

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst/Functional Analyst in ERP environments.
• Hands-on SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay or Order-to-Cash processes.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze current and future state business processes across enterprise ERP applications.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand operational needs and regulatory considerations.
• Document and validate business requirements and test scenarios.
• Support SIT and UAT, defect triage, and deployment readiness.
• Create user documentation and training materials.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across enterprise applications.
