Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive enhancements across Order to Cash in SAP ECC, with emphasis on global processes and integration into a modern digital landscape.

The role partners with global teams to deliver end-to-end OTC solutions, including system enhancements, integrations, and process standardization. SAP ECC experience and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT experience with SAP-based solutions supporting business processes.
• Strong experience with OTC processes in SAP (ECC preferred).
• Experience participating in SAP enhancements or process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with cross-functional processes, especially with Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain.
• Experience in global or multi-regional environments.

Responsabilidades

• Understand needs with global stakeholders and translate into scalable OTC solutions.
• Lead and support delivery of system enhancements across OTC processes.
• Participate in SAP evolution projects, integrations, and standardization.
• Collaborate on TMS-related initiatives and integration points with OTC processes.
• Own end-to-end accountability for OTC system-related processes.
• Define functional requirements with technical teams and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and better user experience.
