Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive enhancements in Order to Cash across SAP ECC. You will partner with global business and IT teams to identify opportunities and deliver scalable OTC solutions, including system integrations and modernization initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in IT with a focus on SAP-based solutions supporting business processes.
• Experience in OTC processes in SAP environments (ECC preferred).
• Experience participating in system enhancements, projects, or process improvements in SAP.
• Understanding of cross-functional business processes, esp. Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain.
• Experience in global or multi-regional environments with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with system integration concepts and working with technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with global stakeholders to identify needs and translate into scalable OTC solutions.
• Lead and support delivery of system enhancements across OTC processes.
• Participate in SAP evolution projects, integrations, and process standardization.
• Collaborate on Transportation Management (OTM) initiatives and integration points.
• Own end-to-end accountability for OTC system-related processes and future growth.
• Define functional requirements with technical teams and ensure timely delivery.
• Promote standardization of processes across regions and global templates.
• Communicate progress, risks, and updates to leadership clearly.
• Support change management, including user guidance and documentation.
