Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for the Global IT Supply Chain Applications team to drive enhancements and strategic initiatives across Order to Cash processes, with focus on SAP ECC and modernization.

You will partner with global business and IT teams, own end-to-end OTC system processes, lead integrations, and collaborate on cross-functional projects to align technology solutions with business goals in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IS/Business Admin/Engineering.
• 7+ years of IT experience with SAP-based OTC support.
• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
• Knowledge of cross-functional processes with Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain.
• Experience in global or multi-regional settings; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with global stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into OTC solutions.
• Lead and support delivery of OTC system enhancements and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to SAP evolution projects, integrations and standardization.
• Collaborate on OTC-related OTM/TMS initiatives and integration points.
• Own end-to-end OTC processes and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Define functional requirements with technical teams and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive process improvements and better user experience across regions.
• Promote standardization of OTC processes globally and share best practices.
• Communicate progress, risks and updates to leadership clearly.
• Support change management with user guidance and documentation.
• Build trusted IT partnerships with business sponsors.
