Hunter Douglas, a world-leading window coverings manufacturer, seeks an IT ERP Analyst, OTC to drive SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash solutions. You will design, implement, and optimize OTC processes, ensuring seamless SAP integration with CRM, e-commerce, and trading partners.

You will partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to standardize processes, lead enhancements, and deliver scalable solutions within a global manufacturing context.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years supporting SAP SD/OTC processes with hands-on configuration.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments and at least one full lifecycle implementation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and work with technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary functional expert for SAP S/4HANA OTC processes (sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing).
• Configure and support SAP SD/OTC functionalities and integrations with external systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into specifications.
• Lead integrations between SAP and CRM, e-commerce, and trading partners using IDocs, EDI, APIs.
