FORVIA HELLA is seeking a SAP HR Senior Consultant to lead incident, service, problem and change management for HR applications, including SAP HR configurations and HR legal topics. You will coordinate support for non-SAP HR applications like Employee and Manager Self-Service, Talent Management Suite, Recruiting, Performance, Learning and Compensation, and act as project manager on SAP HR projects.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, and hands-on experience with SAP HR

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of SAP HR configuration and HR legal topics.
• Experience as in-house or external consultant implementing at least 2 full SAP HR projects, upgrades, OSS notes, and ABAP debugging.
• English proficiency at least 80% (oral, written, comprehension).
• Bachelor degree or Engineering.
• SAP HR Senior Consultant.
• Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Office software knowledge.
• Service Now ticketing tool.
• HR Legal compliance knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Incident, Service, Problem and Change management (Tickets, service requests, high-priority ticket root cause analysis and preventive measures, small enhancements, projects, legal requirements, SAP support packages, system upgrades).
• Support coordination related to non-SAP HR applications, such as Employee and Manager Self-Service application and the Talent Management Suite, which includes the global processes for Recruiting, Performance, Learning and Compensation.
• Act as project manager for SAP HR projects.

Your Qualifications
