Roquette, a family‑owned global leader, seeks a Sr. Customer Care Agent in Querétaro to manage orders in SAP and support LATAM operations. You will coordinate with sales, logistics and finance to ensure accurate order-to-cash processes.

Fluent Spanish and strong English, plus 2+ years in pharma/food/chemical sectors, are required. The role covers Mexico and backs up other Spanish-speaking LATAM countries.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in pharma, food or chemical industries.
• Fluent Spanish language and good English.
• Knowledge in SAP order management, billing, invoicing and customer data.

Responsabilidades

• Order Management in SAP: create, manage, and monitor sales orders through order-to-cash.
• Customer Support: act as primary contact, handle inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Cross Functional Coordination: align with Sales, Logistics, Finance on fulfillment and billing.
• Issue Resolution: analyze and resolve order, delivery, invoicing, and payment issues.
• Southern Cone support: back up for Spanish-speaking LATAM countries; communicate in Spanish and English.
