Joinimagine seeks a Salesforce Specialist to own and advance our Salesforce support items, including automation and integration with SAP and other systems. You will also mentor teammates and collaborate with international partners to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Salesforce Admin certification, 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, and proficiency in APEX and Lightning Web Components, with a customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; advanced certs preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce support and development experience.
• Experience with automation, integration, and hands-on coding (APEX, LWC).
• Strong mentoring and communication skills; multinational team a plus.

• Act as a technical mentor for other members of the team, supporting onboarding and continuous skills development for junior colleagues.
• Collaborate with international business and IT partners, architects, and global team members to define and deliver scalable, sustainable Salesforce solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis, identify trends, and implement process optimizations or technical improvements for recurring issues.
• Help design and maintain robust data models and oversee process documentation within the Salesforce landscape.
• Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and industry best practices, advocating for improvements to our global technology stack.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Digital Media, or comparable field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; advanced certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Architect) highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting and developing in Salesforce, with proven skills in automation, validation, configuration, integration, and hands-on coding (APEX, Lightning Components).
• Strong mentoring, interpersonal, and communication abilities; experience in a multinational team is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong customer service mindset.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL) and agile project methods (Scrum) is beneficial.
