Ingredion Incorporated in Mexico is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst to lead high-value Salesforce projects in an agile environment, collaborating with stakeholders and IT to improve sales productivity through automation, processes, UX and analytics.

You will gather requirements, shape product roadmap, plan releases, oversee testing and change management, and drive adoption with cross-functional teams. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibility in business analysis, product management, data analysis, system administration, solution architecture, or business intelligence.
• Salesforce certification is highly desired.
• Deep Salesforce expertise, or experience with other CRM platforms including admin, user setup and security.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Experience in leading complex projects with change management.
• Ability to drive results through collaboration and teamwork.
• Proficiency with software development methodologies and Excel analytics.
• Ability to travel up to 15%+.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities to drive sales productivity through technology, data, and process improvement.
• Manage the product roadmap, prioritization, release planning, and delivery of key features.
• Perform the Senior Business Analyst role in complex projects, overseeing requirements gathering, testing, deployment, documentation, training, communication, and user enablement.
• Manage, track, and ensure timely resolution of risks, blockers, issues, and bugs.
• Review, test, and measure business impact of CRM enhancements; develop UAT plans and best practices.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features and solutions.
• Develop training materials and facilitate end user training sessions.
• Measure and report on performance, achievements, and outcomes.
• Participate in cross-functional teams addressing strategic CRM issues.
• Partner with Salesforce and vendor Customer Success teams to drive adoption and capability development.
