Job summary
New York Technology Partners in Mexico City seeks a Senior Salesforce Admin to drive ongoing Salesforce projects, focusing on Sales Cloud administration with CPQ, RCA, and AI/Agent features. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, design solutions, and present strategic consulting deliverables for clients, including analysis and implementation of Salesforce functionality.
The role supports M&A migrations across Salesforce in partnership with business teams, requires agile leadership,
Qualifications
- Must have Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant experience and certifications.
- Must have Salesforce Administrator certifications.
- Must have RCA & CPQ implementation expertise/certifications.
- Must have experience building AI & Agentic solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills.
- Experience with PSA/Financial Force and Order Management is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce Mobile.
- Experience with Seismic or other CMS tools is a plus.
- Experience integrating third-party AppExchange tools.
- Understanding of ETL & BI tools enhances candidates.
- Experience in data mapping and Excel data loads.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery with business stakeholders in Salesforce projects.
- Translate requirements into Salesforce solutions using SAFe/Agile.
- Document functional specs and design for Salesforce Lightning.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams and geographies.
- Present prototypes and demos to business users.
- Track and report project status and dependencies.
- Support M&A migrations on Salesforce platform.
