Fulcrum Digital in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join a client engagement undergoing growth. You will translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions on the Lightning platform within an Agile/SAFe environment.

As a bridge between business, technical, and QA teams, you will drive end-to-end delivery, support acquisition integrations, and expand Salesforce across newly integrated entities while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualificações

• Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications required.
• Experience designing and delivering Salesforce-based solutions.
• Experience with AI-driven or agentic solutions.
• Strong understanding of integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools.
• Hands-on data management, including data loads and mapping templates.
• Exposure to Salesforce Mobile capabilities.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stream projects across global teams.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions within an Agile/SAFe framework.
• Act as a bridge between business, technical, and QA teams to ensure alignment on requirements, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions, proactively managing timelines and dependencies.
• Lead design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions and solution design on the Salesforce Lightning platform.
• Support Scrum teams in following Agile best practices, including all ceremonies and delivery standards.
• Develop and maintain key documentation such as user stories, functional specifications, and design artifacts.
• Track progress and provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
