Barry Callebaut Group in Mexico City is seeking a Sales Support Specialist, Sr. Temporary to process sales, maintain orders, and support the Director of Sales Strategic Accounts. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, opportunity identification, and KPI execution.

You will collaborate with internal and external teams, generate reports and sales materials, and drive effective campaigns. The ideal candidate holds a business-related degree and has strong English/Spanish, Excel, and PowerPoint

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/economics/international relations/industrial engineering or similar.
• Fluent business proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Basic finance knowledge.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Analytical thinking and detail orientation.
• Organized, proactive, reliable with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to drive change and manage time effectively.
• Experience working with pricing and commercial teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and deliver excellent service.
• Manage customer accounts, update information, address requests, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate and track sales leads; provide updates to the sales director.
• Follow up on projects to strengthen relationships and grow volume.
• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies and campaigns.
• Provide administrative support to the director; schedule meetings and manage tasks.
• Prepare and generate sales reports and KPI dashboards for Mexico and global teams.
• Create or update balance of contracts, sales reports, presentations, and project reports.
