• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide excellent service.

• Follow up on projects to improve relationships and drive additional volume.
• Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies and campaigns.
• Provide administrative support to the sales director and schedule meetings.
• Prepare and generate sales reports and KPI documents for Mexico and Global.
