Job summary

You will collaborate with customers, distributors, and cross-functional teams to increase profitability, expand portfolio penetration, and deliver exceptional service, with travel as needed to support objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Confectionery and Pastry or equivalent chocolate industry experience.
• 3-5 years in chocolate, pastry, confectionery, bakery, dairy or related food industry.
• 2-3 years direct sales or commercial experience in food service.
• Strong knowledge of HORECA, confectionery, distribution channels, and portfolio development.
• Experience in sales forecasting, account planning, negotiations, and business development.
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans, forecasts, and customer programs.
• Manage account plans, scorecards, and growth initiatives for customers and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand wallet share.
• Collaborate with R&D to deliver innovative chocolate solutions.
• Build relationships with procurement, quality, supply chain, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Represent Barry Callebaut at trade shows and customer events.
