Le Creuset is seeking a Senior Sales Manager in CDMX to design and lead the commercial strategy for Mexico, expanding B2B, Wholesale, and Retail channels while protecting margins and brand integrity. You will negotiate with strategic partners and drive channel development across B2B, hospitality, and retail segments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Commercial Relations, or a related field
• Master’s degree or specialization in Commercial Management, Business Administration (MBA), or Commercial Strategy (Preferred)
• English B2 level

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead the commercial strategy to maximize Le Creuset’s profitability and market positioning in Mexico.
• Serve as the primary negotiator with strategic partners and drive the expansion of the B2B, Wholesale, and Retail channels, ensuring margin protection and preserving the value and integrity of the brand.
