UPM is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Mexico, Central America & Caribbean, based in Tultitlan, Mexico, to drive sales targets, develop new markets, coach the sales team, and strengthen commercial relationships across LATAM.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in sales, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and strong negotiation and financial skills, with fluency in English and Spanish. Travel up to 40% is expected as the role reports to the Director, Sales West & LatAm.

UPM Raflatac is looking for a Senior Sales Manager Mexico, Central America & Caribbean in Tultitlan, Mexico who will be responsible for securing, following up, managing sales targets, developing new markets - products, coaching, supporting the sales team, strengthening commercial relationships, increasing AV, understanding the market and its different dynamics depending on the country, laws and ways of doing business.

What You Will Do

• Manage large sales budget and sales team(s) to achieve designated sales objectives. Develop and implement sales plans, activities, and campaigns and lead the operational activities for an assigned geography, market segment, or particular customers.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and targets. Monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources.
• Negotiate sales with existing and potential customers and actively liaise with customers. Manage and develop relationships with agencies to ensure achievement of agreed standards of service.
• Contribute to the development of sales, customer retention, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility through provision of market intelligence and customer information.

Who You Are

• You have 7+ years of effective sales or related experience.
• You have Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus)
• You are familiar with packaging and label industry
• You have extensive negotiation, financial, mathematical, and business insight skills.
• You have prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• You have proficient oral and written communication skills in English / Spanish, with the ability to relate well with a diverse constituency
• You show fiscal responsibility and business ethics

Additional Information About The Position

This position is located in Sentura (Tlanepantla), Mexico.

Travel requirements - up to 40% (some overnight travel).
