Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Sales Engineer for the LATAM region in a remote role. You will present technical product demonstrations, gather customer requirements, and lead evaluations and configurations to drive secure cloud adoption.

Expect to design test plans with customers and guide them to successful outcomes, leveraging AI tools and cybersecurity expertise to solve complex customer problems.

Qualifications

• Curiosity and exploration of AI tools to augment problem-solving and workflows.
• 5+ years as a Sales Engineer or Network Systems integrator.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven cybersecurity and networking background with TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers.
• Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet goals and needs.
• Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations.
• Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide the process to successful outcomes.
