Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our LATAM team. This remote role reports to the Manager of Sales Engineering. You will create technical product presentations, gather customer requirements, and lead evaluations to tailor secure, cloud-enabled solutions for our clients across the region.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales engineering or network systems, a CS degree, and strong networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls). Certifications such as CISSP/CCNA are a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Network Systems integrator
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent working experience
• Proven cybersecurity and networking technical background with hands-on experience in network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, and firewalls

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers
• Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions will meet customer goals and needs
• Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations
• Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide the process to successful outcomes
