Emerson is seeking an experienced Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer to lead robotic automation projects that boost throughput, labor efficiency, and OEE. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, justify investments, and drive implementation from concept through production release.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement of automated systems through data analysis, preventive actions, and ISO-compliant manufacturing processes.

Formación

Must be bilingual with advanced English.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is preferred.
Proficiency with GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
Hands-on CAD experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD; cobot integration knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Identify and execute robotic automation projects to improve throughput, labor efficiency and OEE.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage implementation from concept to production release.
Monitor and continuously improve automated manufacturing systems through data analysis and preventive actions.
Maintain ISO compliance within manufacturing processes.
Develop plant layouts and optimize facility configuration for end-to-end supply chain flow.
