Amazon in Mexico City seeks a Senior Program Manager for Replenishment & Inventory to launch and operate new fulfillment programs, optimize network inventory, and drive improvement across planning, execution, and cross-functional teams.

You will lead data-driven decisions, collaborate with Retail, FBA, and ops teams, and build dashboards to inform weekly planning and capacity decisions.

Formación

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 6+ years of working with external suppliers experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Own the launch plan and operational readiness for new speed-focused fulfillment programs within the MX network.
• Design and implement replenishment and re-stock frameworks optimizing availability and fill rates.
• Develop inventory transfer strategies to balance network health and meet customer promises.
• Build and maintain capacity models, demand signals, and inventory health dashboards.
• Partner with Retail, FBA, and business teams to translate demand plans into inbound and replenishment schedules.
• Drive the S&OP cadence for assigned programs aligning forecasts with capacity and execution.
• Identify risks, define mitigation plans, and elevate blockers with data-backed recommendations.
• Write business cases, SOPs, and post-launch reviews to inform decisions.
