is seeking an Area Manager to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects for faster-than-Same Day operations. The role requires strong program management, ownership of end-to-end processes, and ability to drive sustainable solutions across fulfillment and delivery networks. Responsibilities include driving process innovation, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver cost, quality, and expansion

Formación

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1+ years of engineering experience.
• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.

Responsabilidades

• Driving innovation that improves the under-the-roof processes and continuously removes cost from our fulfillment and delivery network.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, execute, and standardize complex projects to achieve 2025 variable cost, quality, and expansion goals.
• Gathering and analyzing data across fulfillment and delivery functions to establish global standards for operations and other cross functional teams.
• Analyzing and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities.
• Developing Amazon best practices for internal operations.
• Leveraging analytics to support the future state of the business.
