EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to act as a Release Train Engineer, guiding multiple Agile teams through large-scale projects and ensuring alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement across the organization.

You will serve as RTE for 17–20 teams (250–300 people), facilitate PI Planning, manage risks, coach teams, and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to deliver value while fostering scalable Agile practices.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience as RTE managing 10+ teams with complex dependencies.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and resolve conflicts.
• Experience with Jira, Aha! and Easy Agile.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Release Train Engineer for 17-20 teams.
• Facilitate PI Planning sessions and manage risks.
• Raise, track, communicate and escalate blockers and impediments.
• Collect and report metrics; maintain backlog health with product owners.
• Coach teams toward higher Scrum maturity and remove impediments.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
