The role involves managing high-stakes project launches, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' experience in project management. Responsabilidades

• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Lead and motivate the development team.
• Identify critical delivery issues and address them before customer exposure.
• Communicate team issues and concerns to the leadership team.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Utilize proven project management methodologies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues as they arise.
• Monitor client satisfaction and manage expectations and escalations.
• Implement process excellence and remove bottlenecks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed project updates.
• Manage client feedback and address issues promptly.
• Develop and manage project estimates and budgets.
• Monitor financials, including expenses, revenue, and profitability.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts for internal and client review.
• Manage team compensation and ensure healthy account margins.
• Launch teams and establish efficient project management processes.
• Coordinate the work of project team members, setting tasks and deadlines.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
