Revolut Ltd in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to provide 2LoD compliance oversight and guide the team through a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. You will develop and implement our compliance management system, review marketing materials, and build policies while collaborating with global teams and regulators to ensure proper customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
• Experience conducting regulatory gap analysis and developing policy implementations

Responsibilities

• Provide 2LoD compliance oversight and input
• Develop and implement the compliance management system and training program
• Review marketing communications and analyze complaints for compliance
• Read and interpret large regulations and translate requirements for the business model
• Collaborate with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to align local and global risk frameworks
• Identify regulatory issues and track actions through to resolution
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external regulators, advisors, vendors, and partners
• Create, assess, and implement policies from scratch
