Revolut Ltd is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to act as a first-line, product-embedded compliance partner. You will advise on retail banking and payments features, customer communications, and financial promotions, guiding products through complex regulatory requirements.

You will provide compliance domain expertise to 1LoD and collaborate with 2LoD teams to ensure launches are compliant and ahead of industry standards. A proactive, cross-functional approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance.
• Professional certification in Compliance (or willingness to obtain one).
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to investment firms.
• Experience in regulatory gap analysis, policy development, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Providing compliance domain expertise to 1LoD and offering solutions to compliance problem statements.
• Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams.
• Steering retail products through the complex regulatory landscape.
• Ensuring every product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curve.
• Identifying potential compliance risks in our retail offerings.
• Creating innovative strategies to stay ahead of regulatory challenges.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cutting-edge compliance policies that meet legal requirements and drive business growth.
• Empowering product teams with the knowledge and tools they need, making compliance a seamless part of the innovation process.
• Serving as the go-to expert and liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring our products shine in audits.
