Job summary

Revolut Ltd in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to safeguard operations and provide 2LoD oversight in a fast-moving fintech environment. You will translate complex payments regulations into practical controls and collaborate with Legal, Risk, and regional teams to ensure robust customer outcomes.

You will lead the development of our compliance management framework, drive training programs, and guide local teams while expanding across geographies as Revolut

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Experience in policy creation and implementation.
• Knowledge of payments, prepaid cards, and/or deposits.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Providing clear, well-structured compliance input and challenge.
• Developing and implementing our compliance management system and training program.
• Reviewing marketing communications and analysing complaints for compliance.
• Reading and interpreting regulations and applying them to Revolut's business model.
• Coordinating with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to align local and global risk frameworks.
• Tracking regulatory issues to completion and reporting findings.
• Liaising with stakeholders (Legal, Risk, regulators, vendors) as needed.
