Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of regulatory compliance experience.
• Professional certification in Compliance (or willingness to obtain).
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements for investment firms.
• Experience in compliance risk management (consultancy, compliance function, or regulator).
• Experience conducting regulatory gap analysis, policy development, and implementation.
• Understanding of banking supervision and regulatory affairs functions.
• Experience in a bank, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing tech company.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Provide compliance domain expertise to 1LoD and offer solutions to compliance problem statements.
• Act as an effective liaison between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams.
• Steer retail products through the complex regulatory landscape.
• Ensure every product launch is compliant and ahead of the curve.
• Identify potential compliance risks in retail offerings.
• Create strategies to stay ahead of regulatory challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy compliant policies.
• Empower product teams with knowledge and tools to embed compliance.
• Serve as the go-to expert with regulatory bodies for audits.
