Job summary

Seso Inc. in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Senior Recruitment Lead to own end-to-end H-2A and H-2B campaigns, coordinating with clients and internal teams to meet hiring targets and timelines.

You will build sourcing strategies, screen candidates, write SOPs, mentor junior recruiters, and join sales calls to explain feasibility and timelines. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with 1+ year in high-volume recruitment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing, ideally in high-volume hiring.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; comfortable leading client and sales calls in English.
• Hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Strong sense of ownership: you follow through and get things done without constant supervision.
• Highly organized and reliable: you juggle multiple campaigns and meet your deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solver who brings solutions, not just problems.
• Clear, professional communicator with clients and internal teams.
• Experience with H-2A/H-2B or visa-based recruitment, or an interest in agriculture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end H-2A and H-2B recruitment campaigns, turning client requirements into clear candidate profiles and screening criteria.
• Build sourcing strategies and keep candidate pipelines full enough to meet hiring targets.
• Interview and evaluate candidates against employer requirements.
• Track campaign metrics and outcomes, spot bottlenecks early, and adjust.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and join sales calls to explain timelines, feasibility, and solutions.
• Own recruitment escalations, coordinating with WorkerOps, Sales, and other teams to resolve quickly.
• Write and improve SOPs, screening criteria, and training materials, and mentor junior recruiters.
