SESO in Monterrey, MX is seeking a Senior Recruitment Lead to own end-to-end H-2A and H-2B campaigns, aligning with client requirements and timelines. You will build sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, and coordinate with Sales, WorkerOps, and other teams, while mentoring junior recruiters.

Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, and a proactive, organized mindset is valued for managing multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing, ideally in high-volume hiring
• Hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Fluent in Spanish and English; comfortable leading client and sales calls in English
• Strong sense of ownership: you follow through and get things done without constant supervision
• Highly organized and reliable: you juggle multiple campaigns and meet your deadlines
• Proactive problem-solver who brings solutions, not just problems
• Clear, professional communicator with clients and internal teams
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, recruitment databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Experience with H-2A/H-2B or visa-based recruitment, or an interest in agriculture is a plus

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end H-2A and H-2B recruitment campaigns, turning client requirements into clear candidate profiles and screening criteria
• Build sourcing strategies and keep candidate pipelines full enough to meet hiring targets
• Interview and evaluate candidates against employer requirements
• Track campaign metrics and outcomes, spot bottlenecks early, and adjust
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and join sales calls to explain timelines, feasibility, and solutions
• Own recruitment escalations, coordinating with WorkerOps, Sales, and other teams to resolve them quickly
• Write and improve SOPs, screening criteria, and training materials, and mentor junior recruiters
