We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to scale our Compliance, Finance, Biz Ops, and Consumer Ops teams across the US and Latin America, delivering data-driven talent strategy and hiring excellence in a hyper-growth fintech setting.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in hyper-growth fintech or similar environments.
• Experience recruiting across the US and Latin America.
• Fluent English and Spanish; stakeholder management across regions.
• Strong client-facing skills and negotiating offers.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and data-driven recruiting.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers across Compliance, Finance, Biz Ops, and Consumer Ops.
• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for roles in US and Latin America.
• Optimize hiring workflows and build scalable talent pipelines.
• Coach interview panels on structured interviewing and bias reduction.
• Maintain data integrity in the ATS and generate pipeline insights.
• Develop proactive pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and protect employer brand.
