Félix is building a financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants, delivering AI-powered remittance solutions via chat platforms. We are seeking a senior software engineer to shape core technology for a scalable chat-driven platform and conversational services.

You will design backend microservices, integrate with Google Cloud, and mentor teammates while delivering high-volume, real-time messaging capabilities. The role requires experience with chatbots and NLP tools, and a passion for fintech impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building software with real-world impact and shipping features.
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with web services, including SOAP and REST APIs.
• Conversational Experience: building chatbots or NLP tools; familiarity with DialogFlow, IBM Watson, or Rasa is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design & Architecture: Architect and implement high-performance, scalable backend microservices, including core components of our Chat Platform.
• Conversational Interfaces: Build, deploy, and iterate on chatbot services and conversational interfaces for remittance services.
• Infrastructure: Design and manage infrastructure capable of handling millions of daily requests with real-time messaging.
• Cloud Integration: Develop backend services using Google Cloud services and industry standards.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and collaborate with product, UX/UI, and business units.
• Continuous Improvement: Iterate on the conversational experience using customer feedback and analytics.
• Proficiency in English: required at upper-intermediate level or higher.
