Job summary

AMS in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-lifecycle talent acquisition for technical, engineering, field operations and corporate roles across upstream, midstream, or downstream sectors. This role partners with executives to define requirements, source top talent, screen candidates, and manage offers with market-driven compensation.

You will perform direct sourcing, conduct competency-based interviews, and provide data-driven market insights to optimize hiring.

Qualifications

Full-lifecycle recruitment experience in oil & gas, energy, EPC or heavy industrial sectors.
Understanding of energy sector roles, safety certifications, and field operations.
Experience with direct sourcing and executive-level recruitment strategies.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and leadership roles across upstream, midstream, or downstream.
Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and job boards.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements.
Partner with hiring managers to align timelines and salary benchmarks.
Provide market insights on talent availability and compensation trends.
Guide offer negotiations and relocation/diem packages.
Maintain accurate data in ATS and track time-to-fill metrics.
