Prologis is seeking a Real Estate & Customer Experience Senior Manager to lead a CET and manage key properties in Monterrey. You’ll drive tenant relations, maintenance, and compliance while shaping property strategies to maximize value and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of CRE leadership, strong analytical skills, and experience with Salesforce CRM and YARDI. The role requires a proactive, multi‑property mindset and a focus on customer excellence.

Formación

• 3+ years’ supervisory experience with a track record in service delivery.
• Strong customer service orientation and diplomacy.
• Experience managing complex property operations and budgets.
• Detail orientation with safety, compliance, and reporting focus.
• Proven negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Ability to analyze market conditions to drive strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of properties, tenant relations, maintenance, rent collection, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement property management strategies to optimize performance, value, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance of all policies and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure standards for grounds, curb appeal, safety, cleanliness; implement corrective actions.
• Drive and mentor a team of property managers, technicians, and admins toward innovative initiatives.
• Assimilate market data and use Salesforce CRM to track customer interactions and visits.
