• 7+ years hands-on experience in workplace operations, real estate, facilities management, or site operations.
• Experience driving lease negotiations, portfolio management, and buildouts.
• Strong financial and data fluency with experience in budgeting and reporting.
• Exceptional communication skills for executive briefings and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain financial, headcount, capacity, and space utilization analyses for real estate decisions.
• Actively manage the company's global real estate portfolio, leases, and vendor relationships.
• Serve as the internal facilities owner across geographies and day‑to‑day operations.
• Own the CDMX office project end to end, from lease negotiations to buildout and move‑in by May 2027.
• Deliver regular status briefings and manage partner accountability to scope, quality, timeline, and budget.
• Provide monthly real estate and workplace updates to leadership with concise, data‑informed insights.
