ICP FUNDS is seeking a recent graduate to join the team in Monterrey, Mexico, on-site, to evaluate real estate investment opportunities and support portfolio management. The role emphasizes financial analysis, due diligence support, and building financial models with a focus on performance tracking.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related experience, strong Excel and English skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented work style. This is a full-time, on-site position in Monterrey.

Formación

• Recent graduate (max. 1-2 y of experience) in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Interest in Real Estate, Finance, and Private Equity.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Perform financial analysis and evaluate real estate acquisition opportunities.
• Support acquisition due diligence and closing processes.
• Manage an assigned group of properties as part of the asset and portfolio management team, including performance monitoring, budgeting, leasing activity, and asset-level initiatives.
• Build and update financial models, reports, and investment analyses.
• Track the acquisition pipeline and support internal processes.
• Assist with market research and special projects.
• Execute internal process improvement projects.
• Document, improve, and support the implementation of processes across different areas of the company.
• Support investor and institutional reporting, including portfolio performance, investment updates, and periodic reporting materials.
