Howard Financial is seeking a Senior Accountant with hands-on real estate accounting experience to own the books for a portfolio of Development & Real Estate clients. You'll run month-end close across multiple entities, manage CIP, depreciation, and intercompany activity, and serve as the primary accounting contact for your clients.
This remote role requires advanced English, multi-entity expertise, and proficiency with QuickBooks Online or real estate platforms such as Yardi, AppFolio, MRI, or

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- 4+ years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and full-cycle accounting.
- Experience with multi-entity books and intercompany activity.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and real estate platforms.
Responsabilidades
- Own month-end close for multiple real estate entities.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and reconciliations.
- Track CIP, cost capitalization, and fixed assets; manage depreciation.
- Coordinate with external CPAs on audits and tax filings.
- Review junior staff work and communicate with clients in English.
