Job summary

Puente Talent Partners is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a US home services company. You will own the full accounting workload from AR through month-end close, ensuring accurate books and timely reporting while supporting US-based operations.

You will work remotely from Mexico, using ServiceTitan and Excel to manage invoicing, reconciliations and payroll, with a clear path toward more senior finance responsibilities as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting with hands-on ownership of the month-end close.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and experience supporting US-based companies.
• Proficient AR and general ledger accounting; able to post entries with limited oversight.
• Excellent communication with US customers and strong Excel skills (advanced).

Responsibilities

• Accounts receivable end-to-end management, invoicing and collections.
• Month-end close including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Bank, credit card and general ledger reconciliations.
• Payroll processing and payroll reconciliations.
• Financial reporting and audit-ready records.
• Process improvements with the controller as the business scales.
