Onephase is seeking a Senior Rails Engineer (Applied AI) to help build the next generation of AI capabilities into our platform and engineering workflows. This hybrid role combines senior Rails development, applied AI engineering, and internal AI advisory to ship features while ensuring safe, reliable AI use in production.

You will work on Rails platform engineering, AI infrastructure with evaluation harnesses, device data workflows, AI-assisted workflows and agents, and enablement of AI across

Formación

• 5+ years of production Ruby on Rails experience.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLMs/ML to production.
• Experience building AI Evaluation Harnesses.
• Pragmatic AI judgment with guardrails and failure modes.
• Full-stack comfort with React for frontend integration.

Responsabilidades

• Rails Platform Engineering: ship features on a Rails backend (Heroku) and React frontends.
• AI Platform & Guardrails: design evaluation harnesses, confidence thresholds, fail-safes.
• Device Data & Grading: build workflows with serials and device identifiers.
• AI-Assisted Workflows & Agents: implement safe domain actions and automated triage.
• Enablement & Workflows: promote AI adoption in QA, code reviews, and DevOps.
