Invisible Technologies is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in the UK to own a platform domain—identity, compute, delivery, or agent infrastructure—and steer reliability, security, and cost. You’ll define patterns across engineering teams and ensure scalable operations in a fast-moving AI environment.

This role emphasizes judgment, first-principles platform thinking, and leadership in design reviews, rollout strategies, and incident management. Flexibility and strategic thinking are valued.

Formación

• Proven experience designing and operating production Kubernetes at multi-team scale.
• Deep experience with IaC tools like Terraform/Helm and GitOps delivery.
• Strong grounding in identity, SSO, secrets management, and network policy.
• Proficient in Python and building tooling, not just config.
• Experience with agentic coding tools and enabling others.

Responsabilidades

• Own a platform domain end to end, including architecture, roadmap, reliability, security posture, and cost.
• Lead design and trade-off discussions across performance, scalability, cost, security, and reliability, and document decisions.
• Build multi-tenant infrastructure that client engagements can self-serve onto without bottleneck.
• Advance our agent-native engineering model with safe execution environments and secret handling.
• Set standards for review, context engineering, and automation across the engineering org.
• Partner with client-facing teams to translate infrastructure requirements into reusable platform capabilities.
• Mentor engineers, review designs, and raise the technical bar without absorbing their work.
• Oversee on-call and post-incident review practices.
