LHH in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking a Senior R2R Accountant to lead fixed asset, general ledger, and month-end close processes within a multinational Shared Service Center.

The role emphasizes CAPEX accounting, SOX/IFRS/US GAAP compliance, and continuous improvement across R2R activities, requiring English proficiency and a proven SSC background. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in Record-to-Report (R2R), General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Month-End Close.
• Strong knowledge of CAPEX, reconciliations, WIP, and financial controls.
• Experience with OneStream, BlackLine, JD Edwards (JDE) and advanced Excel.
• Advanced English required.
• Previous experience in a Shared Service Center environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full fixed asset lifecycle, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals.
• Perform month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting.
• Monitor CAPEX and WIP projects, ensuring accurate accounting and financial controls.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal/external audits.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls, IFRS, and/or US GAAP.
• Maintain accurate and timely MDM updates.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across R2R activities.
