Autoliv is seeking a Record to Report Advanced Specialist in Querétaro to oversee the end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers and disposals, while ensuring alignment with accounting policies and controls.

You will support month-end and year-end close activities, monitor CAPEX investments, and maintain asset records and balance sheet accounts, driving accuracy and timely reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in Record-to-Report, General Accounting, or similar finance role.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS; journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full fixed asset lifecycle: creation, capitalization, depreciation, transfers, disposals.
• Oversee CAPEX activities: track projects and WIP; ensure capitalization.
• Ensure timely account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close for fixed assets.
• Maintain internal controls and support audits; resolve asset discrepancies.
• Lead and develop the team; manage Master Data Management updates.
