Genpact Ltd. seeks a Sr. Specialist in F&A with ownership of the R2R process across journal entries, GL, reconciliations, and reporting. You will lead an accounting team—onshore and offshore—while ensuring GAAP/IFRS alignment, SOX readiness, and strong internal controls.

You will drive intercompany and fixed assets accounting, coordinate audits, and push transformation initiatives to improve efficiency in a hybrid Mexico setting. Fluency in English and finance qualifications are required.

Formación

Experience with end-to-end R2R and financial close processes.
Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and SOX controls.
Ability to lead onshore/offshore accounting teams.
Experience with intercompany accounting and fixed assets.
Strong coordination with external auditors and internal controls.
Ability to implement process improvements and automation.
Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

End-to-End R2R process ownership and close management.
Lead accounting team across journal entries, GL, intercompany, and reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports for internal/external stakeholders.
Ensure statutory and SOX compliance and audit readiness.
Oversee GL integrity and month/year-end close activities.
Manage intercompany and fixed assets accounting lifecycle.
Oversee reconciliations and control documentation.
Drive process standardization and automation initiatives.
Coordinate governance meetings with finance leaders and BI teams.
Track KPIs and present insights to senior management.
