nVent in Monterrey, MX is seeking a Senior R&D Engineer to lead end-to-end mechanical product development, from feasibility to commercialization, with emphasis on reliability and manufacturability.

The role collaborates with operations, quality, sourcing, product management and sales to ensure design-for-manufacturing, pilot builds, and timely NPI milestones is achieved. Proficiency in SolidWorks and PDM/PLM is required; travel up to 20-30%.

Formación

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
  • 5+ years of related experience in mechanical design.
  • Advanced English proficiency required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-30%.
  • Experience with design for manufacturability and NPI processes is a plus.
