The role collaborates with operations, quality, sourcing, product management and sales to ensure design-for-manufacturing, pilot builds, and timely NPI milestones is achieved. Proficiency in SolidWorks and PDM/PLM is required; travel up to 20-30%.

Formación

• BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of related experience in mechanical design.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel up to 20-30%.
• Experience with design for manufacturability and NPI processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end mechanical product development from concept to commercialization.
• Drive design-for-manufacturability and pilot-build activities for scalable, cost-effective designs.
• Define technical requirements and maintain backlog to support NPI timelines.
• Coordinate validation testing, prototyping, and third-party compliance.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, sourcing, product management and sales to ensure launch readiness.
