Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a quality-focused logistics professional in Mexicali to maintain output expectations and drive continuous improvement within the team. You will collaborate with Production Managers and Project Engineers to ensure deadlines align with logistics schedules and that standard work is adhered to across the site.

The role emphasizes 5S, risk assessment support, and real-time resolution of irregularities to sustain efficient material movements and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed KPIs for Safety, Compliance, Import/Export Operations, Cost Control, and Productivity of routine tasks.
• Provide real time response to resolve irregularities and interruptions in flow.
• Ensure 100% compliance with legal, safety and quality requirements for movements of materials.
• Assist with risk assessments and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain 5S standards within your sections.
• Coordinate communications within your area and engage support to maintain standard work.
• Ensure stakeholders understand metrics and results are displayed in a timely manner.
