Responsibilities

• Continuous improvement: process inspection, first past rate, start up, nonconformance material, scrap.
• Data Stratification (Paretos) and Data trends.
• Root cause definition and containment countermeasure implementation.
• Definition of action plan and verification of effectiveness.
• FMEA/FMECA studies and action plan assignment.
• Disposition of non-conformance material returns and customer returns.
• Provide visibility to top Management and stakeholders.
